Intern, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing

Get to Know the Team

At Grab, the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing team helps talent discover and choose careers with us. We create campaigns, content, and candidate experiences across Southeast Asia—from LinkedIn and talent newsletters to our careers site and recruitment efforts.

Working with recruiting teams across the region, we bring our Employer Value Proposition to life through data-informed, human-centred work.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Head of Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing, you will work onsite from our Petaling Jaya office for a 6-month internship. This is a paid internship, offered as either a credit-bearing or non-credit-bearing programme.

You will support content, campaigns, and insights that help Grab attract talent across Southeast Asia.

This role is for someone curious about brand storytelling, talent marketing, and how data turns content into results. You will build practical experience, a portfolio, and a network—rather useful things to leave with, unlike another decorative certificate.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will create content for LinkedIn, the careers blog, and talent community newsletter, including copywriting, employee interviews, and agency briefs.
• You will maintain candidate-facing career site content, employee profiles, and job pages through our content management system.
• You will support video and multimedia projects by coordinating talent, organising assets, and preparing production briefs.
• You will track campaign performance using UTM links, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics, and compile regular reports.
• You will coordinate content operations, communicate with teams and partners, and the content asset library.
• You will support flagship campaigns and Campus Engagement & Recruitment activities through event coordination, content sourcing, copywriting, and community engagement.
• You will use AI tools to improve content quality, research, and workflows.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• You will need to start the internship in Oct 2026 with a minimum duration of 6 months.
• You will need to be proficient in English, with the ability to create clear, engaging, on-brand content.
• You will need to be comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• You will need to be familiar with AI tools, and able to use them to improve productivity, workflows, and ideas.
• You will need to have a genuine interest in employer branding, talent marketing, content strategy, and what influences career choices.
• You will need to have some exposure—through coursework or experience—to digital marketing, content creation, social media management, web analytics, content management, email marketing, or candidate relationship management tools.
• You will need to have basic experience supporting video or multimedia projects, including asset management and vendor briefs.
