Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Are you a capable full stack developer looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to work on real-world software that powers critical business operations for companies around the globe?

Couchdrop, the team behind Couchdrop SFTP and Movebot, powers business-critical data flows for organisations worldwide. From healthcare and finance to logistics and enterprise SaaS, our platforms help businesses securely move, automate and manage massive volumes of data every day.

We’re not building throwaway apps or internal admin tools. We’re building infrastructure that companies rely on to keep their operations moving.

As demand for secure cloud-based file transfer and automation continues to grow, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth and looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Christchurch-based team.

Why Our Products Matter

Every day, businesses move millions of files between cloud platforms, customers, suppliers and internal systems. Traditionally, this process has been slow, manual and surprisingly painful.

That’s where we come in.

Couchdrop modernises secure file transfer for the cloud era, while Movebot enables organisations to migrate and orchestrate data between platforms at scale. Our technology helps companies automate complex workflows, improve security and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Our products are trusted globally to power business-critical integrations and data movement pipelines, often quietly operating behind the scenes as essential infrastructure.
