Intermediate Full-Stack Software Developer

This is a strong opportunity for an intermediate developer who wants more than a narrowly defined coding role. You’ll work in a small engineering team, build features end-to-end, work with substantial operational datasets and have genuine ownership over what gets shipped.

You’ll also have exposure to AI/LLM-enabled product development and occasionally work directly with customers to understand operational problems and translate them into technical solutions.
What you’ll work on
Full-stack product development across React and Type Script
Backend services using Node.js / Nest JS
Postgre SQL and time-series / high-volume data
Deploying and maintaining services in AWS
Building data, analytics and AI-enabled product features
Improving code quality and contributing to technical decisions
Translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions
Supporting less experienced developers as you grow
Requirements 3+ years’ commercial software development experience
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline
Commercial experience with React
Backend development experience in Node.js , ideally Nest JS
Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals , including data modelling and query performance
Exposure to AWS or another major cloud platform
Exposure to Io T / IIo T, connected devices, telemetry or real-time data would be highly advantageous
Interest or experience in AI / LLM-enabled development
A proactive problem-solver who can take ownership and work through ambiguity without needing constant direction
Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging directly with customers when required.
