WHY SPACE CHANGE?

Love creating beautiful homes but tired of rigid office hours and commission that takes months to arrive? Come design with us.

Space Change is a growing interior design and renovation studio creating homes across Singapore, from HDB flats and condominiums to landed homes. We're looking for passionate Interior Designers who want the freedom to design, the support to sell, and an income that matches their talent.

We're small enough that your ideas get heard and decisions happen fast, and big enough to keep you busy with quality leads every month. You'll have direct access to the founder, a team that celebrates wins together, and the flexibility to work in the way that brings out your best work.

OUR CULTURE

• Hybrid & flexible: do concept work, drawings and renders from home; come in for client meetings, site visits and team sessions
• Fun, close-knit team: team lunches, celebrations when projects close, and incentive trips for top performers
• Design freedom: no cookie-cutter templates; we want your creative voice in every project
• Fast payouts, no excuses: commission paid within one week of handover, every time
• Real support: we help with leads, supplier coordination and difficult projects so you can focus on designing and closing

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll own your projects from first consultation to final handover:

• Meet homeowners to understand their lifestyle, needs, style preferences and budget
• Create design concepts, space plans, mood boards and material and finish selections
• Produce 2D layouts and 3D visualizations to bring ideas to life for clients
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and design solutions
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and timelines
• Resolve issues proactively and keep projects running smoothly
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners throughout their renovation journey
• Work towards your individual sales and project targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Design skills

• Minimum 3 years of residential interior design experience in Singapore
• Strong portfolio showing space planning, concept development and finished projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; rendering skills (e.g. Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion) are a strong plus
• Good eye for layout, lighting, colour, materials and carpentry detailing
• Solid knowledge of renovation processes, materials, costing and HDB/BCA renovation guidelines

Project & client skills

• Proven ability to manage HDB and condo projects independently; landed experience is a bonus
• Confident in client consultation, presentation, negotiation and closing
• Able to juggle multiple clients and projects
• Self-motivated and responsible, comfortable with hybrid working

Most importantly

• Passionate about design and creating homes clients love coming back to
