Interim 3-6 month contract leading process improvement across an established technology function: mapping idea intake to backlog-ready work, setting governance and Definition of Ready standards, and coaching three Product Owners. Hybrid role based in Wigston, Leicestershire (3 days/week on site), paying £500-£600 per day outside IR35.
