Integration Support Agent

You will guide partners through technical setup, integration, and launch. You will troubleshoot issues with engineering guidance, support partners in chat channels, maintain documentation, identify integration improvements, and share partner feedback with product and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support partners throughout integration setup and launch
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with engineering guidance
• Suggest improvements that make integrations smoother and faster
• Represent Wert in partner chats across Discord, Telegram, and Slack
• Maintain and expand the knowledge base and internal documentation
• Share partner feedback with product and technical teams to influence roadmap decisions

Requirements

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies, including NFTs, smart contracts, and DeFi
• Experience in an integration or technical support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach
