Instructional Designer at eliseai – New York City | Jobyssey

About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $350 million funding round at a $4 billion valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate this mission.

About the role

EliseAI is transforming housing and healthcare through best-in-class conversational AI. As we scale, it’s critical that employees, clients, and partners deeply understand how our platform works—and how to use it to drive real outcomes.

As an Instructional Designer at EliseAI, you’ll design high-impact learning experiences that support functional onboarding, product education, and performance enablement. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts across product, engineering, marketing, and client-facing teams to create clear, effective learning content—from in-depth guides and product walkthroughs to internal training modules and scalable enablement assets.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills across visual, written, and verbal mediums
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
