Inside Sales Manager

Full Time In Office - Downtown Indy

AI-Powered Wholesale Brokerage · Real-Time Market Access · Rate, Quote & Bind

This isn’t your typical sales job and that’s the point.

Semsee is an AI-powered wholesale insurance platform giving retail agents real-time access to 75+ admitted and E&S markets, rated, quoted, and bound in minutes. We’ve eliminated the back-and-forth, the re-keying, and the wait times that have defined traditional wholesale brokerage for decades.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you won’t be selling insurance, you'll be opening doors. Connect agents to a platform that makes their businesses more competitive, and grow into a territory-owning Regional Sales Manager role as you build your presence.

WHY SEMSEE

We’re building something genuinely new in an industry that’s been doing things the same way for 50+ years. Here’s what that means for you:

• You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where your contributions are seen and your growth is real.

• You’ll represent a platform that agents genuinely love using because it saves them hours every week.

• You’ll have a clear path forward. This role is designed to grow into a Regional Sales Manager position as you build your market presence.
