Requirements

Mission for the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, pragmatic IT Support Engineer who prioritises stability, security, and efficiency over a chaotic "start-up/scale-up" mentality. They will support a diverse base of technical and non-technical users across a 65% macOS and 35% Windows environment. Experience operating within rigid information security frameworks (ISO:27001, SOC II, PCI) is highly desirable.

You’ll work closely with the IT Manager to improve our technology environment, strengthen security and compliance, and make IT simpler and more effective for everyone across the business.
