Runs and improves HMRC's government cloud platforms day to day: resolving incidents with root-cause analysis, writing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines across AWS/Azure, plus Linux admin, scripting and mentoring junior engineers.
