As the Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities Conduct time studies and develop production standards to improve productivity Use industrial engineering techniques to identify areas for process improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements Develop and maintain accurate production data and performance metrics Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization Facilitate training sessions for production staff on new processes or equipment Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement or industrial engineering role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations Proficient in using industrial engineering tools such as time studies, work measurement, and process flow analysis Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
