Job Title: Individual Customer Savings (ICS) Lab Product Owner - D2C Investments Platform
Location: Leeds or Edinburgh
Salary: £106,565 - £125,370
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Leeds or Edinburgh office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Individual Customer Savings (ICS) Lab within our Direct to Consumer Customer Investments Platform. You'll shape how customers invest with us, being responsible for the end-to-end execution only Ready-Made Pension, Ready-Made Investment and SIPP journeys across our digital channels and supporting platforms.
The D2C Investments Platform brings together business and technology teams to develop simple, engaging and digital-first investment experiences for customers across Lloyds Banking Group and Scottish Widows. As we continue to grow, you'll play a key role in delivering the next phase of our investment proposition.
As Lab Product Owner, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering great customer outcomes while maintaining a resilient and compliant platform. You'll turn strategy into action, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, regulatory requirements and technology change to deliver meaningful results.
Working closely with colleagues across product, technology, operations, risk, sales and marketing, you'll use customer insight and market trends to see opportunities, improve digital journeys and drive product adoption. You'll also help shape future platform capability, embed continuous improvement and ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes at pace.
