Independent Business Development Partner

GetBlock is looking for experienced independent Business Development and Sales Partners who already have an established network across Web3, fintech, exchanges, wallets, blockchain infrastructure, and related industries.

This is not a traditional full-time sales role.
We are looking for partners who can identify relevant companies, open doors, and create qualified commercial opportunities. Once an opportunity is introduced and qualified, the GetBlock sales, leadership, and technical teams join the process and help move the deal through technical validation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

What you’ll do:

• Introduce GetBlock to relevant companies from your existing professional network

• Identify potential opportunities for blockchain infrastructure products

• Connect us with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, or other relevant decision-makers

• Make warm introductions via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, calls, or your existing communication channels

• Help us understand the prospect’s context and initial infrastructure needs

• Stay involved in the deal where your relationships or expertise can help move it forward

You do not need to manage the entire sales cycle yourself. After a qualified introduction, GetBlock can take over product discussions, technical validation, proposals, negotiations, onboarding, and closing.
We will provide clear ICPs, product positioning, use cases, and sales materials.

This partnership is particularly relevant if you:

• Have 3+ years of Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or commercial experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, or infrastructure

• Already have an active network among exchanges, wallets, payment providers, fintech companies, Web3 applications, infrastructure companies, protocols, or institutional crypto businesses

• Can reach relevant decision-makers directly rather than relying exclusively on cold outbound

• Understand B2B infrastructure or technical products

• Are comfortable working independently and being compensated primarily based on results

• Have previously introduced, sold, or partnered around products such as RPC infrastructure, blockchain APIs, cloud infrastructure, nodes, developer tools, payments, custody, exchanges, or related B2B technology

Your existing network and ability to generate real opportunities matter more to us than the number of hours you can dedicate each week.

To apply, please share:

• Your background in Web3 / fintech / infrastructure

• The types of companies and decision-makers in your network

• Markets or regions where your network is strongest

• Relevant products or services you’ve previously sold or represented

• A few examples of the types of companies you believe you could introduce to GetBlock
