Independent B2B Sales Partner – 3D Visualization, Product Configurators and VR

I am Soyhan Yazgan, a software developer based in Orimattila, Finland. I have six years of software-consulting experience, including 4.5 years working on an Unreal Engine–based digital instrument-cluster project for Ford Motor Company.

I hold a bachelors degree in Software Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and a masters degree in Game Business Management from Kajaani University of Applied Sciences. My core tools include Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and V-Ray.

I am now establishing an independent 3D/VR development studio and looking for a B2B sales partner whose commercial and relationship-building skills complement my technical expertise.

What we would initially sell

• Pre-rendered and real-time 3D visualization for architecture, machinery, furniture and vehicles, including still images, animations, interactive walkthroughs, and imagery for websites and print catalogs

• Interactive configurators for vehicles, kitchens, furniture systems, industrial equipment and other modular products

• VR or desktop-based product demonstrations, technical training applications and simulations

Potential customers include industrial manufacturers, training providers, construction and real estate companies, and marketing or design agencies that need a reliable white-label technical partner.

Typical projects run from several weeks to several months, with budgets of approximately €5,000–€30,000 excluding VAT, depending on scope. Engagements may begin as paid pilot projects, develop into recurring production work, or be delivered as larger phased projects.

Your role

• Identify and approach suitable B2B prospects

• Reach the appropriate decision-makers and qualify opportunities

• Arrange and lead introductory sales conversations

• Join discovery, proposal and negotiation meetings

• Help position the solution around the customers business problem

• Attend relevant trade fairs or customer meetings when mutually agreed

I will handle technical discovery, demonstrations, estimates, project scoping and delivery. We will agree on pricing boundaries together, and no proposal will be submitted without mutual approval.

Commercial arrangement

This is initially a flexible, non-exclusive independent partnership; not salaried employment. There is currently no guaranteed retainer or minimum number of hours.

Proposed commission model:

• 20% of collected project revenue, excluding VAT and agreed third-party expenses, for clients you source and actively help close

Commission would be paid proportionally as customer payments are received. Lead ownership, existing contacts, repeat projects, cancellations and post-termination commissions would be defined in a written agreement before outreach begins.

The arrangement is particularly suitable for an independent sales professional or agency that already serves relevant B2B customers and wants to add 3D, Unreal Engine or VR services to its offering.

You may be a good fit if you have

• Experience selling custom B2B services or technology projects

• Professional Finnish and English communication skills

• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Contacts in manufacturing, training, construction, real estate or marketing

• The ability to work independently and represent technical services professionally

A particular degree is not required. Relevant results, relationships and business judgement are more important.
