Do you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and helping customers make improvements they’ll enjoy every day?
Art of Drawers of East Tennessee is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated In-Home Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. No design experience is required—we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity with $5,000–$7,000+ monthly earning potential at target performance levels, plus additional upside as you grow your sales and client base.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand what they’d like to improve about the function and appearance of their spaces, then design customized solutions using our premium pull-out drawers, cabinet organization products, and cabinet refacing options.

This is an in-home sales role with a design component. You’ll build rapport, uncover needs, recommend solutions, present pricing, and ask for the business—all through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Where Your Opportunities Come From
Art of Drawers invests in local marketing, events, and partnerships to generate appointments for our consultants. You’ll also learn how to develop additional opportunities through relationships, referrals, and networking.
Our most successful consultants combine company-generated opportunities with business they generate themselves, giving them greater control over their appointment volume and earning potential.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You:
- Connect easily with people and enjoy solving problems
- Are motivated by goals, results, and performance-based compensation
- Are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Are coachable and interested in developing your sales and design skills
- Value flexibility and control over your schedule
- Are excited about helping a growing local business succeed
Sales experience—especially consultative or in-home sales—is a plus, but personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
