Turn Your Sales Talent Into a Six-Figure Career
Turn Your Sales Talent Into a Six-Figure Career
Floor Coverings International is looking for a driven, proven sales pro ready for a role with uncapped earning potential — backed by a company that actually has your back.
You won't be starting from zero. We hand you qualified leads and give you the freedom to build your own network in the local market — because top producers don't just take leads, they create them. Add in top-tier tools and a team culture that feels like family, and you've got everything you need to close and grow.
If you've got 3+ years crushing it in in-home flooring sales, know your hardwood from your LVP, and you're ready to take control of your earnings and your schedule — this is your next move.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Realistic First-Year Earnings: $100,000+ (combination of base + uncapped commission)
- Leads on Day One: Company-generated leads plus the freedom to hunt and build your own
- We Invest in You: Paid training, ongoing coaching, and a support system built around your success
- Benefits: Health insurance available after initial employment period
- Flexibility That Respects Your Life: Full-time with flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends as needed for client appointments)
- Equipped to Win: Company van (mobile showroom), tablet, and gas covered — show up ready, every time
- Rewards Beyond the Paycheck: Bonus opportunities and an annual company convention in Mexico
- A Reputation Worth Selling: Join a locally trusted, 4.8/5.0-star brand and a national leader in in-home flooring
What You'll Do
You'll be the face of the customer's flooring project — meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. You'll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
- A hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
- Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive
- Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
