General Position Description
This entry‑level field implementation role focuses on building foundational technical skills, supporting on‑site installations, and delivering customer training under guidance while progressing toward independent execution. Implementation Specialist I supports clients’ needs related to the implementation, installation, and training of PAR Excellence hardware and software systems while maintaining high standards of customer service, accuracy, and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install PAR Excellence hardware as well as software ensuring proper operation of technology solutions
- Provide technology implementation and support of customer accounts
- Provide product training for both hardware and software
- Work with Technical Support to assist with resolving issues while on-site
- Assist with system configuration data, including par levels and units of measure, to support accurate installation and system functionality
- Support and assist with training activities for new Implementation Specialists under the guidance of senior implementation staff

- Extensive travel required (75%)
Required Education, Credentials and Experience
- Prior experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, or healthcare equipment installation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance with PAR clients, including government accounts
