The Position:
Fishbowl Inventory is expanding, and we are looking for an Implementation Specialist to work in a close-knit team and meet the challenge of delivering and maintaining the best onboarding and implementation possible, resulting is excellent value for our clients. This role will be in addition to the current team, as we continue to meet our goals for 2026.

The role is available for an immediate start, so don't waste any time in applying!

The Implementation Specialist role is suitable for someone with prior experience as a business consultant, a data and implementation superstar, or experience with accounting or bookkeeping, but also someone with experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution or general inventory management. However, none of this experience is required and our aim is to find the perfect personality fit for our team.

This position is based in-office in Mooloolaba, Monday to Friday, however business needs may evolve over time as we continue to expand.

The successful person will naturally thrive on the challenge that comes with wearing the many hats that Consulting requires day to day including:

• Trainer, Coach and Hand-holder

• Operational Process Consulting and Efficiency-creator

• Technical advisor

• Software Implementation, process setup and troubleshooting of databases, plugins and eCommerce integrations

• Maintain knowledge of the Fishbowl Inventory suite of products and related software solutions as required.

• Occasional travel to our clients onsite in Australia and occasionally New Zealand and South-East Asia

You create your schedule, but you must be willing and able to travel occasionally for the role.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Proven experience with client relationship management

• Proven experience with training and development of people

• Change management expertise, and a natural affinity for guiding clients through major change

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills would be great

• Project Management experience would be a plus

• Technical aptitude with business and inventory/ERP systems would be ideal

• Ireport, Crystal reports or SQL experience would be ideal, but not essential
