Guides customers through onboarding to SEON's fraud-detection SaaS platform: managing project timelines, coordinating API integrations, configuring risk rules, running testing and user training, and analyzing customer data to improve fraud detection accuracy before handing off to Account Management.
- Strategic project management to guide customers through a structured onboarding process
- Defining timelines and managing milestones
- Coordinating technical setup and overseeing API integration
- Ensuring rule configuration, system testing, and user training
- Analyzing customer data and performance metrics to improve fraud detection accuracy and reduce false positives
- Collaborating with customers and SEON’s Fraud Services team to tailor risk rules, workflows, and detection strategies
- Providing consultative guidance with data driven recommendations to enhance decision making and optimize detection strategies
- Partnering with customer development teams to provide live platform training, ensure smooth technical integrations, and address implementation challenges proactively
- Monitoring post-implementation performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and customer optimization
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and accountability
- Transitioning customers smoothly to the Account Management team
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or a customer facing technical role, ideally within SaaS, fraud, or data focused industries
- Proven ability to act as a strategic project manager, driving projects to completion on time and within scope
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving actionable outcomes
- Robust consultative skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects
- Experience with fraud detection tools or similar solutions, with an understanding of risk scoring, rule based systems, and data integrations
- Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, Tableau, or project management tools
