Impactful React & React Native Engineer

Epassi is seeking a React / React Native Developer to enhance its corporate welfare products. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Your role will include building and maintaining web and mobile applications, managing app distributions, and ensuring code quality. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and is proficient with GitHub.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Build and maintain web and mobile applications. Drive the full development lifecycle including architecture and implementation. Manage app builds and distribution using Expo EAS. Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies. Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React and React Native. Proficiency with GitHub workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Basic familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
