Coordinates medical-imaging data for clinical trials, drafts study documents, and liaises with global sites to ensure quality and compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Work on several projects with different teams (US, APAC and Europe) interacting with Project Managers, other Project Coordinators, Project Assistants and Technologists
- Quality control (QC) of the incoming medical imaging/cardiovascular data
- Communicate daily with sites (hospitals) all around the world for qualification, data follow up and queries
- Draft and maintain study-related documents (in English)
- Overall meeting support : organization, agenda, meeting minutes, attendance sheet.
- Support the Project Manager on daily activities (such as data export or report requests, databe validation and QC, trackers update, Trial Master File related tasks, etc.)
- Coordinate media shipments
Qualifications
- BSc, MSc and PhD in Biomedical Engineering or science or medical related field, clinical trials or related field
- Prior experience with clinical trials is a plus (clinical research associate are welcome to apply)
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator within a CRO or a pharma company is preferred
- Knowledge of Medical Imaging desirable but not mandatory
- Understanding of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH)-Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other regulatory requirements that may impact clinical trials (FDA, EMA, etc.)
- Excellent computer (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows) skills
- Very good level of English. Should be able to communicate fluently and write documents
- Good organizational and communication skills
No travel required.
