A hands-on Voice & Network Engineer maintaining business-critical voice and network infrastructure: supporting Cisco CUCM/UCCE, Microsoft Teams and SIP environments, resolving incidents within SLAs, monitoring with SolarWinds, and joining a roughly one-week-in-four out-of-hours on-call rota, working 37 hours per week with hybrid working.
Salary: £35,000 - 47,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience with Cisco CUCM and UCCE Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SIP Proven voice networking experience Wider networking experience, including LAN/WAN Experience using SolarWinds Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Cisco LAN/WAN, Cisco or Check Point/Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ISE, MAB/802.1X and Cisco Wi-Fi would be advantageous…
