- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical architecture and IT security.
- Fluent German proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Proven track record designing overall Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) architectures.
- Hands-on experience designing at least 5 IAM/IGA enterprise architectures in regulated industries, preferably within energy utilities or Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS).
- Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and KRITIS regulations.
- Strong background in interface design, integration patterns, and secure enterprise architecture concepts.
