As an IAM / TDR / VM Senior Associate you will focus on identifying potential threats, reviewing vulnerabilities, and helping clients strengthen the security of sensitive data and digital infrastructure within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills, personal brand, and comfort with ambiguity. In this role at PwC, you will use critical thinking, data-driven insights, and a broad range of tools and methods to support threat intelligence and vulnerability management activities, interpret feedback, and contribute to client service workstreams that align to broader engagement objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client security environments to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and control gaps across identity, access, and threat detection activities
- Supporting vulnerability management efforts by tracking findings, prioritizing remediation actions, and monitoring progress against agreed timelines
- Reviewing identity and access management processes, including user provisioning, role design, access reviews, and privileged access controls
- Interpreting threat intelligence, malware findings, and network security data to inform risk-based recommendations
- Developing technical documentation, status updates, and client-ready deliverables that summarize issues, impacts, and next steps
- Using security tooling and digital platforms to investigate alerts, validate exposure, and support incident triage activities
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex security concepts and communicate practical remediation options
- Building client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and supporting day-to-day engagement activities
- Mentoring associates and junior team members by reviewing assigned tasks, sharing methods, and supporting task completion
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Project/Technology Management
- Demonstrating client-facing cybersecurity consulting within managed services environments
- Interpreting threat intelligence and vulnerability data for recommendations
- Applying critical thinking to complex identity and access scenarios
- Using IAM, TDR, or VM tools in delivery workstreams
- Anticipating client needs while mentoring junior team members
