SoSafe is hiring a fullstack engineer for its IAM team to own how users access its cybersecurity awareness platform — authentication flows, permissions and authorization — while migrating from in-house solutions to industry-standard IAM providers. Day-to-day is full-stack work with TypeScript and React, plus observability (Sentry, DataDog), testing, and CI/CD.
SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solution!
We own how users access the entire product. From authentication flows to permissions and authorisation, we ensure frictionless user experiences with industry-leading security. Every single user interacts with our domain before using the rest of the product so we put a lot of effort into making our UX processes seamless, intuitive and confidence-inspiring. Our main objective at the moment is enforcing strong domain boundaries for our resources and migrating from self-developed solutions to a more integrated strategy utilizing trusted industry IAM players.

Contribute to an enthusiastic team environment - we help, support and celebrate each other
Proven track record of professional full-stack development success using Typescript + React
Robust quality mindset and deep experience with testing and release strategies
Systems-thinking mindset - you actively own processes end to end and think deeply about how they interact with other parts of the product and the people around you
Comfortable working with (or learning to work with) AI-assisted tooling such as Claude, Github Co-Pilot or Cursor
Strong observability and performance mindset and experience being able to quantify and show how your products are used
Familiarity with CI/CD and common DevOps processes
Collaborative and curious - you care deeply about your team environment and helping to make it the best it can be
