IAM Delivery Consultant

About the job you’re considering

Capgemini’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is a dynamic part of our global cybersecurity consulting practice. With over 200 successful digital identity engagements in the past five years, we’re proud to be recognized as one of the world’s leading IAM strategic consulting, advisory, and delivery providers.

We take a business-first approach to digital identity and welcome professionals with a range of experiences - whether your strengths lie in business consulting, technology consulting, or a blend of both. Our diverse team works collaboratively to ensure IAM solutions are effective, inclusive, and tailored to our clients’ needs.

We cover all aspects of digital identity, including:

• Access Management
• Identity Governance and Administration
• Privileged Access Management

Our consulting is backed by world-class technology delivery and service operations from our global team. We remain proudly independent and invest heavily in training to ensure our consultants offer trusted, unbiased advice across established and emerging technologies. Joining Capgemini’s IAM team means working at the forefront of digital identity innovation.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

We work in all aspects of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including strategy, design and solution delivery for Enterprise, Customer and Privileged IAM.

Everyone in our IAM team contributes in one or more of the following areas:

• Understanding and defining IAM business requirements
• Designing and implementing IAM solutions, including technology and process improvements
• Advising clients on IAM strategy and transformation
• Contributing to or leading successful IAM projects

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience

We value a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You may have practical experience in areas such as:

• IAM consultancy and advisory work, helping organizations improve digital identity practices
• Developing IAM Target Operating Models and effective processes
• Designing IAM solutions and architecture
• Delivering IAM solutions using technologies like Microsoft Azure, Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust — or other modern IAM tools
• For delivery and architecture roles, we are particularly interested in candidates who hold hands-on practitioner or architect-level certifications in relevant IAM technologies. These certifications help demonstrate your depth of expertise and commitment to excellence in the field.

We understand IAM is a broad field, and we welcome candidates with transferable skills, whether your experience is more technical, business-focused, or based on less common IAM products.
