• Brand Architecture & Sub-Brand Support: Assist the Head of Brand in shaping and maintaining our multi-tier brand architecture, supporting the strategic rollout and international growth of new sub-brands and extensions.

• Brand Culture & Internal Enablement: Be the ultimate brand ambassador! Embed core brand values across the entire HYROX ecosystem by designing engaging educational initiatives and inspiring internal teams.

• Asset & Template Development: Flex your creative and organizational muscles to build and continuously refine reusable training materials, worked examples, and partner content policies to streamline workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Communications, Design, Legal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, brand-first execution across all global touchpoints.

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Brand Management, Brand Governance, or Brand Strategy, ideally within the Sports, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Entertainment sectors.

• Brand Lover: A true passion for brands with an exceptional eye for design, aesthetics, and details that elevate a brand from good to legendary.

• Brand Governance & Architecture: Proven track record in maintaining brand guidelines, managing complex brand architectures, and reviewing partner assets for top-tier execution.

• Hands-On & Solution-Oriented Mindset: High operational drive with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, tackle daily brand roadblocks, and manage execution details independently.

• Communication & Enablement Skills: Outstanding communication skills with experience creating engaging training materials and inspiring internal/external stakeholders around brand identity.

• Collaborative Team Player: High emotional intelligence, an open mindset, and a brand-first attitude, adept at working cross-functionally with creative, communications, and business leads.
