Hybrid HSE Engineer - Safety, Compliance & Improvement

Rotork plc seeks an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards and manage hazard mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP activities and lead audits, KPI reporting, and corrective actions to improve health, safety, and environmental performance.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, analyze incidents, and implement prevention measures across the organization in a hybrid work setting.

Identify hazards, estimate risks and implement mitigation plans. Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008. Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting; drive corrective actions. Support health, safety and environmental management; promote continuous improvement. 3 years minimum in an HSE role in a structured company. Mastery of safety and environmental regulations. Knowledge of international standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Hybrid work model Full-time
