Project Manager
In this project leadership role, you will manage Major Projects valued at $1M+ from turnover through closeout. You will be responsible for project execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, schedule management, and safety while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
What you will do
Manage project budgets, forecasts, billings, cash flow, and profitability.
Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.

Balance safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field required.
2-5 years of experience managing commercial construction, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, controls, or related projects.
Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, contract administration, and change order management.
Preferred
Experience with HVAC, building automation, mechanical construction, or other complex building systems.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $105,000 -125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
