Human Resources Specialist

About the Position: This position is in 35th Medical Group Medical Treatment Facility located on Misawa Air Base, Japan and serves as a senior Human Resources Specialist and subject matter expert for manpower management functions.

Perform organization manpower studies, clerical, technical, administrative, professional, and scientific health, and workforce planning and analysis, organization studies, placement and advisory services for a variety of positions.

Monitor production reporting systems and perform quality review of personnel actions.

Prepare and submit civilian Requests for Personnel Actions.

Initiate and monitor employees' incentive and honorary award program, recruitment/relocation/retention incentive and student loan repayment programs.

Ensure appraisals meet the timeline, applicable regulatory, and administrative guidance.
