The Human Resources team supports the success of Nature’s Fare Markets and Choices Markets, our people, and our customers through thoughtful, consistent, and values-based HR programs, services, and processes. We are people-first, detail-oriented, and collaborative, and we work closely with our stores, leaders, and support teams to help create an employee experience that is fair, engaging, and grounded in care.

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join us on a 6-month contract to support a maternity leave. It will also involve consulting with store leaders and banner leaders during a period of significant change, helping ensure our HR processes remain consistent, responsive, and people-focused.
