Position Summary:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change. You will play a key role in fostering an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace while supporting the achievement of business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to combine business acumen with HR expertise, helping leaders navigate workplace challenges, strengthen team performance, and support employee success
What You’ll Do
• Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and workplace best practices
. • Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
. • Complete and oversee a variety of HR administrative activities, including employment documentation, employee data management, reporting, and compliance-related recordkeeping
. • Partner with leaders to support employee development, leadership development, workforce planning, and initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement
. • Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture by building strong working relationships and supporting employee engagement, productivity, and retention
. • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities, provide insights, and support informed business decisions
. • Partner with Recruitment and hiring leaders to support hiring activities, recruitment strategies, and selection decisions
. • Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and leader coaching.
