Human Resources Assistant

HR & People Coordinator – Part-Time

Polo Valley | Sotogrande, Cádiz

Polo Valley is a leading polo and equestrian centre based in the Sotogrande area, with an international team and a dynamic, people-focused working environment.

We are looking for an HR & People Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis and take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and administration of our people processes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently. You will work closely with management and employees across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping us continue to develop and professionalise our HR processes.

The person we are looking for

This role would suit someone who is comfortable being hands-on and close to the day-to-day reality of the business. We are not looking for someone who simply processes HR administration; we are looking for someone who can take ownership, anticipate needs, follow things through and build strong working relationships with both management and employees.

If you are an experienced HR professional looking for a part-time position where you can have a real impact and take ownership of the people function within a small, international organisation, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
