Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) is one team of around 130 people across four countries, operating gas infrastructure that matters to Europe's energy security. We are looking for our HR Business Partner in Italy: TAP's HR presence on the ground, based at the Pipeline Receiving Terminal in Melendugno. Reporting to the HRBP TA Lead, you will be the first point of reference on people matters for employees and managers in Italy, the local partner of site management, and the Italian interface of TAP's HR teams — Reward, HR Operations, Engagement Development and Talent Acquisition. What you will do Be the first point of contact for employees and line managers in Italy, with practical guidance on HR policies and processes Partner with local management on people topics and manage employee relations cases, from grievances to disciplinary processes Act as TAP's day-to-day interface with employee representatives and trade unions, applying the CCNL Energy Oil and company-level agreements Deliver the employee lifecycle end to end — from onboarding to offboarding — and coordinate payroll inputs with our HR Operations team and external provider Bring local data and context into company-wide reward, development and talent processes, and run them in Italy Ensure HR practices in Italy comply with labour law, the CCNL and company policies What you bring A degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline At least 5 years in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles in Italy Hands-on experience with Italian labour law, collective agreements and trade union relations in a unionised environment Experience in an industrial, energy or similarly regulated environment Experience in an international company, or a clear drive to work across countries and teams Confidence with HR systems and reporting (Cornerstone or equivalent, Excel) Native-level Italian and fluent English, at least C1 (TAP's working language) Availability to travel to TAP's other locations Why TAP: At TAP, how results are achieved counts alongside the results themselves: our values and behaviours are part of everyday work and of how performance is recognised. In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive: - Compensation will be offered within a predefined and internally benchmarked salary range aligned with the role’s responsibilities and your experience. The base salary range for this position is EUR 50,000 to EUR 55,000 gross per year + variable + standard TAP benefits. - Equal pay principles and objective criteria are applied throughout the recruitment and reward process. TAP will not request information on previous or current salary during the recruitment process.
