Join Dennis Eagle at an Exciting Time of Growth

Are you the kind of person who loves organisation, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Support Administrator to join our HR team at Dennis Eagle. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that continues to invest in its people, strengthen its processes, and support ambitious growth plans across the organisation.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be at the heart of our people function, supporting employees, managers, and the wider HR team while helping to create a positive experience for every colleague across the business.

From onboarding new starters and managing employee records to coordinating events, supporting internal communications, and assisting with key HR projects, you'll play an important role in helping our people and our business succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Support Administrator, you'll provide essential support across a wide range of HR activities, including:

Employee Administration

• Supporting the onboarding of new employees, including arranging equipment and system access.
• Maintaining employee records and processing employee changes.
• Managing employment, mortgage and tenancy reference requests.

Systems & Access

• Managing access requests and amendments.
• Supporting user account and password administration.

Employee Experience

• Coordinating long service awards and employee recognition initiatives.
• Supporting apprenticeship activities, networking events and employee engagement events.

Communications & Coordination

• Creating and distributing internal communications.
• Maintaining HR content across internal platforms.
• Organising meetings, catering and visitor arrangements.

HR Operations

• Managing HR filing, document retention and archiving processes.
• Supporting compliance activities and ensuring records are maintained in line with company policies and GDPR requirements.
• Assisting with HR projects and wider team initiatives.

No two days are the same. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves being organised, and takes satisfaction in supporting others.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding support.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Previous administration experience within a busy environment.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using a variety of software systems.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Previous experience within HR administration would be advantageous but is not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to support people.
