Job Scope:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to job placement.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
