Location: Central
Salary: SGD 3.5K to 4.5K
1 year contract role
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for bank operations positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Manage interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Support candidates through offer and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Good understanding of banking operations and related roles.
- Strong communication, coordination and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
