HR Manager - Hospitality

Client Introduction

Job Scope

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Oversee performance management, training, staff engagement and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and HR policies.
• Support manpower budgeting, compensation reviews and organizational development.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity with relevant HR generalist or HR management experience; hospitality exposure is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and employee relations skills.
