ABOUT US
DTCP is an independent investment management firm with EUR 5 billion in assets under management and over 90 professionals. With a focus on digital transformation, the firm invests across three core strategies:
DTCP Infra focuses on digital infrastructure investments in the European mid-market, developing and operating essential assets such as data centers, mobile towers, and fiber networks for the digital economy. DTCP Growth partners with leading enterprise software and deep tech entrepreneurs in Europe, the United States, and Israel, backing growth-stage companies in cybersecurity, enterprise AI and AI / data infrastructure, cloud technologies, physical AI and new space. DTCP Defence invests in mission-critical technologies along the entire digital defence infrastructure to strengthen European sovereignty and strategic resilience.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Expert People Operations (m/f/d) to join our Valencia office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, international environment where you will provide essential HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will run the operational backbone of HR for our people across eight offices - contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, and our HR systems and data. DTCP is small enough that you will see the whole employee lifecycle rather than one slice of it and own your part of it end to end. You will report to the Manager People Operations and in addition, work closely with the Head of Strategy Office & Operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run the employee lifecycle end to end, from recruitment and offer management through onboarding, contractual changes, compensation and performance cycles, payroll coordination and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation, HRIS updates and compliant handling of employee data
- Administer Personio as the firm’s HR system of record, ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, up to date and audit-ready across all entities
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees and managers with day-to-day People matters and coordinating with external providers where required
- Prepare People reporting and workforce metrics, including headcount, recruitment, absence and other relevant data
- Support day-to-day HR compliance, including employment law, regulatory requirements, GDPR and internal policies, and flag changes to the Manager People Operations, General Counsel and external advisers for decision
- Maintain and improve People Operations processes, including clear process documentation, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows through HR technology and AI tools
- Support audits, regulatory requests and broader People initiatives and work with global teams to implement best practices and harmonise processes across entities
