HR Director / HRD

DELULU Gaming is an international B2B game provider in the iGaming industry. We develop our own slot and instant-win games and work with operators and aggregators across international markets.

The company is currently entering an active scaling stage, and we are looking for an HR Director who will take full ownership of the People function and become a key business partner to the CEO and COO.

We are looking for someone who sees HR not simply as a support function, but as a business growth driver — working through metrics, speed, efficiency, strong management practices, and technology.

What you’ll be responsible for
Lead the HR and Recruitment functions and develop the team.
Improve hiring speed and quality while managing the recruitment funnel and key metrics: time-to-hire, conversion, sourcing efficiency, and cost of hire.
Develop and optimize existing HR processes to support a fast-growing business.
Build and improve performance management, KPIs, 1:1s, and manager development.
Work with retention, turnover, engagement, eNPS, and performance metrics.
Connect HR initiatives and metrics directly to business outcomes.
Participate in workforce planning, compensation, and HR budgeting.
Implement AI and automation across recruitment, analytics, and HR processes.
Act as an independent partner to the CEO and COO on key people and organizational decisions.

What we’re looking for
Strong and systematic experience in HR / People Management.
Experience managing a Recruitment function.
Proven experience building or significantly transforming HR processes.
Strong ability to work with data, KPIs, metrics, and analytics.
Business-oriented mindset and focus on measurable results.
High level of ownership and independence.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Strong English for working within an international team.

Experience in iGaming, tech, or digital, a fast-growing startup or scale-up, international distributed teams, or hands-on implementation of AI / automation in HR will be a strong advantage.

You don’t necessarily need to already hold an HR Director title. We are also open to strong Heads of HR, HR Leads, or HRBP Leads who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Why this role is exciting

The HR Director is part of the key leadership partnership of CEO + COO + HRD and directly participates in important business and people decisions.
You will have a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to influence how the company hires, develops managers, builds teams, and scales the organization.
We are open to new tools, technologies, and approaches and are ready to invest in initiatives that have clear business value and measurable impact.

What we offer
Remote work or company-paid relocation to Barcelona, including relocation support and assistance with documentation.
If you prefer to stay remote, regular presence in Barcelona for approximately 30% of your working time will be expected; business travel and related expenses are covered by the company.
Company-provided equipment.
Paid vacation and sick leave.
An additional day off for your birthday.
Company-paid professional conferences, learning, and development.
An international team with direct access to the CEO and COO.
High autonomy and minimal unnecessary bureaucracy.
The opportunity to introduce your own ideas, tools, and AI solutions and see their direct impact on the business.

If you are looking for an opportunity not just to maintain an existing HR system, but to shape the People function and directly influence the company’s next stage of growth, we’d love to meet you.
