An HR Data Engineer at DHL designs and builds data migration, integration, automation, and reporting solutions for HR systems, using Python, SQL, RPA, Oracle HCM, and Power BI to ensure data quality, governance, and secure loading into target systems. It's a permanent, full-time role supporting both transformation projects and business-as-usual HR data operations.
Contract Type: Full time – permanent.
Travel Required: Less than 20%.
Location: UKI//NORAM.

Join us as an HR Data Engineer, where you will play a critical role in transforming HR data into a trusted, secure, and reusable asset that powers business decisions and HR operations globally. Combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of HR processes, you will design and deliver data migration, integration, automation, and reporting solutions that enable successful system implementations and continuous operational excellence.
Working in an automation-first environment, you will leverage tools such as Python, SQL, RPA, and Oracle HCM to build scalable solutions, streamline complex data processes, and ensure the highest standards of data quality, governance, and security. You'll partner with project teams and HR stakeholders to manage end-to-end data migration activities, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver efficient, repeatable solutions that support both major transformation programmes and business-as-usual operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, driving process improvement through automation, and combining technical capability with business understanding to create impactful, high-quality HR data solutions.
