HR Business Partner to Husqvarna Group

We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and we’re just getting started.

At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future — and we want you to be part of it.

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working close to the business and has a genuine interest in technology, people and change? Then this could be the role for you. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with our R&D organization in Huskvarna. You will support leaders and teams at the heart of our product development – an environment where engineering, technology and innovation come together to shape the products and solutions of tomorrow.

R&D is going through significant change. New technologies are changing not only what we develop, but also the capabilities we need and how we organize our work. As an HR Business Partner, you will play an important role in helping our leaders navigate that change and build an organization ready for the future.

About the role:

You will work closely with R&D managers on both day-to-day HR matters and longer-term people and organizational topics. The role covers a broad range of HR processes, but a particular focus will be on supporting transformation, capability development and organizational development.

Together with your stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will identify needs, challenge existing ways of working and turn business priorities into practical people initiatives. You will be expected to take ownership, bring your perspective to the table and help create the conditions for our people and teams to perform and develop.

About you:

We are looking for someone with solid experience, approximately 5-10 years, within HR and a relevant university degree. You understand the fundamentals of HR, but you are equally interested in understanding the business behind them.

You are curious about technology and comfortable working in an environment where priorities and capability needs evolve. You enjoy getting close to the organization, asking questions and understanding what is really happening before jumping to solutions.

Building strong relationships comes naturally to you. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with different stakeholders and are comfortable both supporting and challenging leaders when needed. Experience of working with organizational change, transformation or capability development would be particularly valuable.

Your skills and background:

• 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business-facing role and relevant university degree.
• Experience in organizational change, transformation, or capability development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
