HR Business Partner

Our People & Culture team are the engine behind Quantium's greatest asset: our people. We design, deliver and measure the people experiences and systems that make Quantium a place where exceptional talent wants to build their career. We are all in on AI — embedding it into how we work and how we build. Our People & Culture team plays a critical role in shaping the teams that will define Quantium's next chapter, and this role sits at the heart of that mission.

How will you make an impact?

As an HR Business Partner, you'll partner with technical and commercial leaders to navigate complex people challenges, design and deliver meaningful people initiatives, and champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects who we are and where we're going.

Quantium's all-in commitment to AI means our leaders and teams are constantly evolving how they work — and you'll play a real role in that. Whether it's building leader capability to thrive in an AI-augmented environment, embedding new ways of working, or helping the business attract and retain the talent that keeps us at the frontier, this role sits right at the heart of our transformation. It's a role for someone who is energised by complexity, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely motivated by the impact great HR partnership can have on a growing, global business.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

• Experienced HRBP: partnering with technical or commercial leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as technology, professional services, FMCG or retail, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-geography organisation
• Trusted coach and advisor: Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach and the ability to co-create solutions with leaders at all levels
• ER and compliance knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment legislation and its practical application, including experience managing complex investigations and ER matters
• Insight-driven: Comfortable using people data and workforce analytics to surface trends, track initiative impact and inform planning decisions
• Curious and adaptable: An openness to new ways of working, including how AI and technology are reshaping HR practices, and a genuine appetite to keep evolving your approach

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.
