About your team

The HR Business Partnering team works closely with leaders and managers at functional, regional and enterprise levels; partnering with key centres of HR expertise (for example: reward, talent acquisition, learning & development), to design and deliver people plans in support of business and organisational goals.

About your role
You will partner with senior leaders across Fidelity International’s global Platform teams to deliver people strategies that support business objectives, organisational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience. In addition, the role involves close collaboration with global HR COE teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR Shared Services, and HRIS to deliver integrated people solutions and ensure business priorities are reflected in the broader HR strategy. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder orchestration across regional and global teams, adaptability, and the ability to move smoothly between strategic priorities and hands-on execution. The role also involves driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives, contributing to governance and people programmes, championing the use of data and AI-enabled insights, and ensuring that business priorities are effectively reflected in broader HR planning and decision-making. You will also foster Fidelity’s culture and values, and support the delivery of key organisational priorities across the global Platform organisation.
