HR Business Partner

Ethos Care is recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Athlone. As the business grows and we expand into more regions, we are seeking HR professionals who can partner with the business to support our continued expansion.

Core Responsibilities:

• Employee relations: Own employee relations cases within your assigned nursing homes.
• Compliance: Ensure that HR activities within your assigned nursing homes are conducted in line with best practice, HIQA and WRC requirements.
• Engagement and retention: Use data to drive positive changes that impact engagement and retention.
• Strategic initiatives: Act as a trusted partner to the business in the delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Manager capability: Training and coaching managers to ensure they are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
• Recruitment: Partner with the recruitment team to ensure that the staffing needs of your assigned homes are being met

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• A relevant HR or Business qualification
• At least 4 years progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing complex ER/IR matters.
• Experience owning HR KPI’s and driving positive change.
• Experience working as a HR Business Partner or Manager is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience working in a regulated sector is highly desirable but not required.
