Amazon Australia is growing fast. With over AU$750 million being invested in a new robotics fulfilment centre in Queensland, AU$200 million in new Victorian logistics sites, record breaking delivery speeds for Prime members, and a network that continues to expand across the country, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team. Behind every package delivered and every new site launched is a team of people, and behind that team is HR.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and engaging HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team supporting our Fulfilment Centres in Jandakot and Kewdale, Western Australia.
This is a hands on role providing full cycle HR support across both sites. You will be critical in executing our people initiatives, delivering great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This is an on site role, Monday to Friday.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a supportive, high energy HR team passionate about the associate experience
- Opportunity to influence culture and leadership across two growing sites
- Flexibility built into the role to support work life balance
- Access to career development programs and a pathway beyond fixed term engagement

- Advocate, promote, and enable the uptake of self service tools across associates and leadership
- Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations, inclusion, and communications
- Proactively gather data from appropriate sources to drive decision making
- Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices, sharing insights with other Fulfilment Centre teams
- Advocate and instil mechanisms which actively collect and respond to employee voice and promote associate experience
- Collaborate effectively across a number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, and Legal
