HR Administrator - Onboarding SupportKangaroo Point – Full Time Ozcare has an exciting opportunity to join a growing team offering administration and onboarding support as part of our HR Operational services across Queensland.Your RoleAs part of the HR Support team you will act as a first point of contact offering a wide range of services including but not limited to supporting the onboarding processes for new employees, general HR administration and other HR support services. Your tasks will include:Monitor onboarding processes for new employees including managing compliance checks and new starter onboarding formsProviding assistance and information to managers to ensure day one readiness for new employeesPreparation and maintenance of documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle and providing effective and accurate correspondence that relates to this processWorking closely with various stakeholders included the centralized recruitment team, internal managers, and external customers to provide HR support and operational servicesMaintenance of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with policies and proceduresFinalise employee records within our Payroll system as part of a streamlined recruitment processProcessing inbound and outbound enquires using a range of business systems including the management of the HR email inboxProvide first line advice on enterprise agreement application, and general HR queries and support services to our employees and managersYour Attributes:We're looking for a person who has proven interpersonal and relationship management skills. With that, you will have:A demonstrated high standard of customer service skills for a positive representation of the Ozcare brand and business operationsThe willingness and ability to learn all functions of HR and operational support as we continue to grow and improve our services to the businessDemonstrated a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion and EmpathyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully manage a range of relationshipsConfidence in decision making in a fast paced environmentRole RequirementsAs part of the HR Support team, you will have strong administrative and organisational skills.
