About Our Family

We are a busy, driven couple both running demanding careers that keep us constantly on the move. We are the kind of people who pour everything into our work and our relationship, and we are looking for someone to help us make our space feel more organized and peaceful so we can fully exhale when we walk through the door.

We have two cats who we consider a part of our family, we love celebrating the seasons in a big way-especially Halloween and Christmas-and we take our health seriously when it comes to what we eat. We are a gluten-free and dairy-free household and appreciate a fridge and pantry that reflect that. Our current weekly cleaner handles the heavy scrubbing, but what we are missing is the connective tissue--someone who keeps everything running smoothly between visits, anticipates what we need before we know we need it, and quietly makes the home feel like a place where we can relax, reconnect, and recharge.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

• Proactive and self-directed: You naturally notice what needs attention and take initiative without waiting for instructions. You enjoy creating order, solving problems, and making a home run more smoothly through thoughtful systems and routines.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through: You are someone who can look at a space, identify what is not working, create practical solutions, and maintain those systems over time. You take pride in bringing consistency and structure to the everyday details of a household.
• Reliable and dependable: You understand that trust is built through consistency, punctuality, and following through on commitments. You take ownership of your responsibilities and can be counted on to keep things moving.
• Calm and steady under pressure: You bring a grounded, reassuring presence into the home and are comfortable working within a busy household with changing priorities. You are able to adjust, problem-solve, and keep things on track without becoming overwhelmed.
• A thoughtful household partner: You do not need to be managed day-to-day. You are someone who can step into a home, understand the priorities, and confidently determine what needs attention to make life easier for the people you support.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused: You notice the small things that make a home feel cared for, from properly maintaining clothing and linens to keeping spaces organized and household supplies replenished. You take pride in completing tasks thoroughly and thoughtfully.
• Discreet and trustworthy: You understand the importance of working in a private home environment and handling personal belongings, schedules, and household information with professionalism and respect.
• Warm, professional, and respectful of the home environment: You are friendly and approachable while also maintaining a light footprint. You know how to be a welcoming presence without being disruptive and are comfortable working independently while others may be in and out of the home.
• Comfortable with household systems and technology: You are open to using shared notes, calendars, or other tools to help organize household responsibilities and communicate updates clearly. You enjoy finding simple ways to make routines more efficient.
