Hostess

We Are Hiring!

Foragers Group is an eclectic collection of restaurants and cafés across Asia — Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and now Japan. Different concepts, one thing in common: Good food, good music, good energy.

In Niseko, we're bringing a taste of home to the slopes with two concepts in one space. By day, a relaxed Australian-style café — coffee, brunch, and easy vibes. By night, the room flips into a lively Mediterranean restaurant — fire, flavour, and a full-on buzz. One team, two personalities, every day.

We're looking for superstars to be the heart of it; People who love guests, love the energy, and want to help open something new in an alpine playground.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the hostess desk by setting it up, keeping it tidy, tearing it down at the end of the day, and making sure all devices are charged and ready for action.
• Handle reservations by answering phones, managing enquiries, welcoming guests, and arranging walk-ins.
• Keep the team in the loop by briefing staff on upcoming reservations, both weekly and daily, so they’re always prepared to roll out the red carpet.
• Assist with service flow as needed, ensuring smooth transitions between seatings.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of hosting or similar restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere

Join us in elevating guest experiences to new heights and creating memories that last a lifetime.

We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
