Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer – L1 | Singapore
Location: 5 Temasek Boulevard, #13-01, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985
Start Date: 15 October 2026
Employment: Full-Time (FTE)
Rate: USD 2,100/month (All-Inclusive)
Work Authorization: Valid Singapore work pass required
- L1 Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT issues
- Previous experience supporting Apple devices is mandatory
- Basic hardware & software troubleshooting for macOS, MacBooks/iMacs, iPhones/iPads
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working fully onsite
